Harghita County Council and the Development Agency of Harghita County developed and lunched the web page http://cumpararidirecte.investinhargita.ro/ at the end of May. The web page has already shown great results and proved to be useful.
Since its appereance at the end of May, the web page has been used by both public institutions and entrepreneurs and more than 100 public aquisitions have been published with a total value higher than 650 000 lej +VAT.
Requests for price offers have been made in several different domains, such as purchasing firewood, computers or food, office equipment, professional training, event organisation, assurance etc.
The number of visitors has grown as expected, reaching as high as 3000 visitors in the last 2 months. Approximatly 33% of them were from Miercurea Ciuc, while the rest from other localities from Harghita county and other counties.
A facebook page has also been created (https://www.facebook.com/cumpararidirecte/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel), where the latest public procurement announcments can be found.
We have received positive feedback from public institutions and entrepreneurs as well, sending us letters of appreciation.
Harghita County Council and its subordintae institutions are also participating in the program. Our main goal is to involve as many public institutions as possible from the county, so that their calls for price offers can be found easily by entrepreneurs.
